Job summary

Meijer is seeking an Account Coordinator to support the Account Team in delivering creative campaigns and client projects. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, coordinating planning, design, development and closure while upholding IOI principles.

Your role emphasizes client relations, understanding industry trends, and contributing to performance metrics and future initiatives within the agency framework.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising or related field.
• Clear written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of marketing program development and implementation.
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint and Word.

Responsibilities

• Support Account Team in daily deliverables, activities, budgets, and deadlines.
• Coordinate or participate in all phases of the project cycle from planning to closure.
• Coordinate client product and advertising requirements with agency partners.
• Ensure orderly and timely completion of project work.
• Develop proposals, timelines, budgets and media plans with guidance from leadership.
• Maintain weekly status reports, project documentation and client billing.
