Meijer Inc. in Grand Rapids, MI, is seeking an Account Coordinator to support the Account Service team in the development and execution of creative campaigns and client projects. You will coordinate timelines, budgets, and meetings while ensuring quality and timely delivery.

The ideal candidate has 0–2 years in marketing/advertising, with strong communication, teamwork, and a results‑oriented approach. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word is expected.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of functional expertise within an agency or in‑house creative team.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising or related field.
• Ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing.
• Results oriented, self‑motivated and able to balance priorities.
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and collaborative team mindset.

Responsabilités

• Supports Account Team in daily deliverables, budgets, and deadlines for campaigns.
• Coordinates project phases from planning to closure, including timelines and docs.
• Manages client billing, asset proofs, and internal job management processes.
• Facilitates client and internal meetings (kickoffs, reviews, post mortems).
• Assists in developing proposals, timelines, budgets, and media plans with oversight.
