Job summary

The New Britain Museum of American Art is seeking a Campaign & Planned Giving Manager to support the Director of Development. You will oversee campaign logistics, donor communications, and stewardship activities, ensuring accurate records and timely reporting to advance fundraising goals.

Collaborating with the Director and Executive leadership, you will coordinate meeting materials, briefings, and travel logistics, while maintaining Raiser's Edge NXT data integrity and contributing to a

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
5+ years in administrative, fundraising operations, or executive support.
Experience with Raiser Edge NXT (RENXT) and Tessitura.
Strong MS 365 Office skills (Word mail merge, Excel pivot tables).

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day administrative support for the museum's campaign and planned giving program.
Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and follow-up activities with the Director of Development.
Prepare donor communications, acknowledgments, and other stewardship materials.
Maintain donor records and generate campaign/tracking reports.
Support events, travel, and donor engagement activities as needed.
Collaborate with Executive Director s office on special projects.
