Cengage Group seeks a Campaign Execution Project Manager to lead planning, coordination, and execution of integrated campaigns with cross-functional teams. You will ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget while aligning with customer journeys.

The role requires 5+ years of PM experience, strong communication, and Workfront or similar tooling experience. You will drive efficiency, analytics, and continuous process improvements across teams.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience with a strong track record.
• Proficiency with Workfront or similar PM tool preferred.
• Outstanding communication skills with internal and external collaborators.
• Strong problem-solving, project management, and analytical abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Project managing end-to-end campaign execution, ensuring efficiency and alignment between marketing partners and functional teams.
• Collaborate with Marketing Team to understand integrated campaign plans that improve conversions and business outcomes.
• Coordinate across content, creative, web, media, and events to deliver campaigns on time and within budget.
• Utilize Workfront to enable seamless collaboration across teams.
• Identify process improvements and develop new strategies to boost workflow efficiency and productivity.
• Balance a robust project portfolio while maintaining high-performance standards.
