Job summary

ISMG Information Security Media Group is seeking a Campaign Operations Manager to optimize internal workflows within ISMG’s marketing technology stack and analyze clients’ digital marketing programs to drive campaign outcomes.

You will manage data entry, maintain automation workflows, learn email marketing and landing page optimization, interpret ICPs, coordinate between client-facing and delivery teams, monitor lead metrics, and deliver performance reporting for client campaigns.

Qualifications

2-3 years of digital marketing campaign operations experience.
Experience with data management and workflow processes.
Experience with marketing automation and MarTech platforms.
Experience in technology or information security marketing is a plus.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Data Management with daily data entry and tracking, aligned with ISMG process procedure.
Maintaining marketing automation workflows and contributing to process/project management.
Learning and developing expertise in email marketing, landing page optimization, and other digital tactics to manage back-end operations of client campaigns.
Interpreting contracts and client ICPs to ensure accurate implementation and high quality delivery within standard systems/processes.
Managing communication between client-facing teams and delivery teams to ensure seamless execution.
Monitoring campaign progress and providing regular updates on lead metrics.
Creating and Managing internal and client ad campaigns, including delivering insights and performance reporting.
