Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Analytics, Statistics, Math, CS or related field.
• 2–3 years in digital marketing campaign operations with data management and workflow skills.
• Experience with MarTech platforms and the digital media ecosystem, including email automation.
• Experience in technology or information security marketing is a plus.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, analytical and strategic.
• Ability to work in teams and independently when needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage internal processes and workflows within ISMG’s marketing tech stack.
• Analyze client digital marketing programs to optimize campaign outcomes.
• Handle daily data entry and tracking aligned to ISMG procedures.
• Maintain marketing automation workflows and support project management.
• Learn email marketing, landing page optimization and back-end client operations.
• Interpret contracts and ICPs to ensure accurate implementation and quality delivery.
• Coordinate between client-facing and delivery teams for seamless execution.
• Monitor campaign progress and report on lead metrics.
• Create and manage internal and client banner campaigns with performance insights.
