Job Summary:

The Customer Growth Campaign Manager has a business-critical role within the Revenue Marketing organization and will significantly impact revenue growth. This person will develop and orchestrate cross sell and upsell marketing plans for existing customers in the Americas, utilizing integrated, omni-channel campaigns.

This high-impact role requires a results-driven, innovative marketer who takes initiative and deeply understands the customer. They should have proven experience running campaigns that align with the customer decision journey and using paid and organic marketing channels to drive growth and retention.

Responsibilities

  1. Develop and Execute Campaigns: Design and implement effective cross-sell and upsell campaigns targeting existing customers. Utilize data-driven insights to tailor strategies that resonate with different merchant segments within the Americas.
  2. Campaign Management and Optimization: Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance across multiple channels, including but not limited to email, social media, digital advertising. Adjust strategies in real time to achieve targets and improve customer engagement and conversion rates.
  3. Collaborate with Sales and Product Teams: Work closely with sales and product marketing teams to align campaign goals with business objectives and ensure messaging consistency.
  4. Reporting and ROI Analysis: Regularly report on campaign results, including audience insights, channel effectiveness, and business impact.

Job Requirements

  1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B SaaS customer lifecycle marketing
  2. Proven track record of building and executing highly engaging, revenue-driven marketing programs
  3. Demonstrated understanding of cross sell and upsell campaign architecture and the customer decision journey
  4. Strong relationship builder and high collaborator with marketing leadership and other stakeholders
  5. Ability to leverage analytics, marketing automation, and CRM tools to derive campaign performance insights
  6. A resourceful marketer who is self-motivated and disciplined with the ability to define and achieve objectives
  7. Excellent communication skills, particularly when articulating findings in meaningful, straightforward ways to leadership stakeholders with an emphasis on actionable insights
  8. Experience with payments, payroll or point of sale is highly preferred.
