Job Summary:

The Customer Growth Campaign Manager plays a critical role within Revenue Marketing, impacting revenue growth. Responsibilities include developing and executing cross-sell and upsell marketing strategies for existing customers in the Americas through integrated, omni-channel campaigns. The ideal candidate is results-driven, innovative, customer-focused, and experienced in managing campaigns aligned with the customer decision journey using paid and organic channels.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute cross-sell and upsell campaigns targeting existing customers, utilizing data insights to tailor strategies for different merchant segments within the Americas.
  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance across channels such as email, social media, and digital advertising, adjusting strategies to meet targets and improve engagement and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to align campaign goals with business objectives and ensure consistent messaging.
  • Regularly report on campaign performance, including audience insights, channel effectiveness, and business impact.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B SaaS customer lifecycle marketing.
  • Proven success in creating engaging, revenue-driven marketing programs.
  • Understanding of cross-sell and upsell campaign architecture and the customer decision journey.
  • Strong relationship-building and collaboration skills with marketing leadership and stakeholders.
  • Ability to leverage analytics, marketing automation, and CRM tools for performance insights.
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and disciplined with clear objectives.
  • Excellent communication skills, especially in presenting insights to leadership with actionable recommendations.
  • Experience in payments, payroll, or point-of-sale is highly preferred.
