The Association in Durham, NC is seeking an experienced Marketing Campaigns Lead to drive high-quality campaigns across digital, social media, email, print, and events. You will oversee end-to-end execution, coordinate with internal teams and external partners, and ensure on-time delivery with strong quality standards.
You will analyze performance data, report ROI, and identify optimization opportunities, helping shape future marketing strategies within a hybrid work setup.
You will deliver high-quality marketing, content services, and solutions across owned, shared, and earned channels. You will oversee the building, quality assurance, launch, measurement, and optimization of campaigns designed by Experience Delivery Squads during annual and quarterly sprints.

You will report to the Director - Experience Management and use a hybrid work schedule, based in our Durham NC offices at least two days per week.

The Annual Salary Range for this role is: $73,000 - $90,000
