Job summary

Blood Cancer United is seeking a mission-driven fundraising professional to build relationships with volunteers and drive peer-to-peer programs in the Cincinnati region. You will collaborate with education, services and research teams to advance the organization’s cancer cure goals and stewardship efforts.

The role emphasizes organizing local events, recruiting volunteers, and developing strategies to exceed revenue targets while coordinating with national partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree is required.
• 3-5 years of fundraising experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Education, Services and Health Research to communicate Blood Cancer United's mission, programs, priorities.
• Organize mission-centered local donor cultivation events and prospect high-impact donors for national stewardship activities.
• Drive high-impact peer-to-peer fundraising to achieve revenue goals.
• Provide input into the strategic plan for peer-to-peer fundraising products, including revenue, budget, goals and timelines.
• Collaborate with local relationship team and national shared service partners.
