Job summary

Blood Cancer United is seeking a temporary fundraising professional to drive growth, recruit participants, engage volunteers, and strengthen relationships across regions. You will work with regional teams, volunteers, and participants to boost revenue and support the organization’s mission to cure leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin's, and myeloma.

This is a 35-week assignment starting mid-October, with four openings and staffing through TCWGlobal.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience fundraising, sales, marketing, communications, or event planning.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management systems.
• Familiarity with digital, social media, and online platforms.
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Comfortable with cold calling and working full-time 35 hours a week.

Responsibilities

• Drive peer-to-peer fundraising growth across a multi-region territory to achieve revenue and participant recruitment goals.
• Execute fundraising strategies and campaign plans that support revenue growth and participant engagement.
• Develop and manage relationships with fundraisers to increase engagement and long-term involvement.
• Conduct phone, email, and virtual outreach to recruit participants and drive fundraising activity.
• Coach and support fundraisers to help them achieve fundraising goals and provide resources.
