Job summary

Chris Ryan for CNY is seeking a Field Organizer in North Syracuse, NY to support volunteer recruitment, training, and voter outreach for the State Senate campaign.

The ideal candidate will coordinate volunteers and interns, help plan campaign events, register voters, and log daily activities in the campaign database. Flexible hours, including nights and weekends, are required. Relocation within NYS may be needed.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to stay organized and multi-task.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
• Current driver’s license and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and manage volunteers for voter outreach.
• Supervise and coach interns.
• Plan and execute campaign and community events.
• Register constituents to vote and develop voting plans with voters during Get Out the Vote.
• Record data daily in campaign databases.
• Hit and exceed weekly/daily performance goals.
