North Shore Strategies is seeking a Deputy Field Organizer to support Democratic campaign efforts across New York State Senate District 44. This field-based role focuses on door-to-door canvassing, voter outreach, and data collection, with travel across the district as needed. The position offers practical field experience in grassroots organizing and campaign operations.

The role emphasizes hands-on fieldwork, community engagement, and adaptability to campaign schedules and travel requirements.

Qualifications

• Ability to walk door-to-door and engage voters respectfully.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable and able to meet daily/weekly goals.
• Willingness to travel across NY Senate District 44.

Responsibilities

• Conduct door-to-door canvassing and speak directly with voters.
• Communicate campaign messages clearly and persuasively.
• Identify supporters, undecided voters, and voter concerns.
• Record voter-contact data using campaign technology.
• Meet daily and weekly door-knocks and voter-contact goals.
• Participate in trainings and debriefs.
• Travel across NY Senate District 44 as needed.
• Represent North Shore Strategies professionally in the community.
