Job summary

Qualifications

• Familiarity with campaign tools such as Votebuilder, MiniVAN, and Google Sheets.
• Previous campaign, organizing, or community outreach experience is a plus, but not required.
• Commitment to the candidate’s progressive campaign platform.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and manage volunteers for canvasses, phonebanks, and text banks.
• Manage turf assignments and ensure data accuracy and timely reporting of field metrics.
• Build and maintain relationships with community leaders, supporters, and local organizations.
• Track daily goals using campaign data tools.
• Plan and execute voter engagement events (e.g. canvasses, meet and greets, roundtables, etc.).
• Work closely with the campaign leadership to implement the field plan and adapt strategies based on data feedback.
