Job summary

Christina for Congress in Warren, MI is seeking a dedicated Field Organizer to lead direct voter contact and volunteer recruitment for the campaign’s Michigan 10th District effort. This full-time role runs Sep 1, 2026 to Nov 10, 2026, with some weeknights and weekends.

Reporting to the Organizing Director, you will staff in-district events, launch canvasses, run phonebanks, and deliver yard signs. Requires a valid driver’s license and access to an insured vehicle; supporter housing is available.

Qualifications

• Experience as Field Organizer or in campaign organizing.
• Ability to manage volunteer recruitment and direct voter contact.

Responsibilities

• Direct voter contact and volunteer recruitment with a weekly door attempt goal, weekly phone attempt goal, and weekly volunteer recruitment call goal, and corresponding supporter ID and completed volunteer shift goals.
• Staffing in-district events
• Launching canvasses
• Running and managing phonebanks
• Delivering yard signs
