Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in communications, marketing, nonprofit management, or related field.
• 2–5 years of volunteer management and project management experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to build relationships with volunteers and senior leaders.
• Ability to work across multiple teams, anticipate needs, and exercise sound judgment.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for campaign volunteer engagement and support.
• Coordinate and track campaign prospects, assignments, cultivation activities, solicitations, and follow-up actions.
• Prepare and execute campaign volunteer meetings and materials.
• Facilitate cross-functional communication among leadership, university partners, and volunteers.
• Ensure research needs, requests, assignments, and timelines are communicated and advanced.
• Drive visit and solicitation processes with frontline fundraisers and staff.
• Develop and maintain organized resources, materials, and documentation.
• Track progress and report on volunteer engagement, assignments, solicitation activity, and deadlines.
• Support gift processing and other priorities for campaign; contribute to events and data collection.
• Perform other duties as required by leadership.
