Job description

*this role is open to remote working within the UK. Successful candidates will be required to travel to their closest UNiDAYS campus (London or Nottingham) on occasion.

The role in a nutshell

As Campaign Coordinator, you will be part of the engine room of our Marketing team, executing campaigns across multiple digital channels for our marketing and paid partner campaigns. Your role is to work with the Commercial teams in supporting set up, building, launching, and optimizing campaigns.

Day-to-day responsibilities
Campaign Planning and Set Up
  • Work across multiple teams to set up campaigns aligned with commercial objectives, budgets, target audiences, and market trends.
  • Ensure design and copy assets are suitable, and language localization is relevant.
  • Coordinate with teams to check onsite & CRM inventory and calendars to avoid capacity, audience, or timing conflicts.
  • Ensure the customer journey is seamless.
  • Verify tracking parameters for reporting are in place.
Campaign Execution and Optimization
  • Launch campaigns across platforms including UNiDAYS website & app, CRM (email, push, in-app), and paid media (Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, Google Ads, etc.).
  • Optimize campaign performance and conversion rates through proactive management and suggestions for revenue growth.
  • Implement A/B tests to improve key metrics.
  • Conduct daily site checks across regions for accuracy.
Reporting
  • Create campaign performance reports with key metrics and insights.
  • Use analytical tools to interpret data, identify trends, and suggest improvements.
Best Practices and Continuous Improvement
  • Stay updated with digital marketing trends and share insights with the team.
  • Contribute to developing internal best practices.
  • Collaborate with teams to align strategies and foster continuous improvement.
What we need from you
  • Experience or understanding of CRM/digital marketing environments or related university learning.
  • Experience with A/B testing.
  • Understanding of how CRM and social media can meet company goals.
  • Project and time management skills.
  • Ability to spot data trends and understand impacts.
