The Pennsylvania Senate Democratic Campaign Committee (PA SDCC) seeks an enthusiastic and people-driven applicant to serve as Volunteer Coordinator for the 2026 election cycle. The PA SDCC is the campaign arm of the Pennsylvania Senate Democratic Caucus and is dedicated to electing Democrats to the Pennsylvania State Senate.
This is a full-time, cycle-based position with benefits, based in a key district across the Commonwealth. Candidates must be willing to relocate to their assigned district upon acceptance of a job offer.
About the Role
The Volunteer Coordinator is the engine behind one of the most important parts of any winning campaign: a deep, committed volunteer base. This role owns the volunteer pipeline end-to-end - recruitment, onboarding, training, scheduling, retention, and recognition - and works hand-in-glove with the field team to make sure every shift is staffed and every volunteer feels valued.
Reporting to the Organizing Director, the Volunteer Coordinator will build relationships with supporters across the district, turn one-time signups into repeat shifts, and create a culture where volunteering with the campaign is meaningful, organized, and fun.

Salary: $4,500-$5,000 per month, commensurate with experience.
