• Gather content with business leaders to meet deadlines and ensure timely delivery of communications.
• Draft marketing content that is clear, engaging, and brand-aligned.
• Manage calendars and production schedules for digital and print assets.
• Coordinate webinar logistics from scheduling to post-event follow-up.
• Maintain advisor-facing marketing platforms and digital content repositories.
• Maintain marketing tech platforms including email marketing and webinar tools.
