Nextech in Indianapolis seeks a Showplace Campaign & Community Engagement Manager to lead local campaign efforts across Indiana. You will serve as the primary liaison for partners, sponsors, volunteers, and community stakeholders, coordinating events, timelines, and fundraising activities across multiple markets.

The role demands exceptional communication, strong organization, and the ability to manage several projects simultaneously.

Qualifications

• 3+ years coordinating projects, events, or community initiatives.
• Experience planning events from concept to completion.
• Strong relationship-building with sponsors, donors, and partners.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and attention to detail.
• Experience with CRM systems, budgets, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary local liaison for campaign partners, sponsors, volunteers, and community groups.
• Coordinate campaign activities across markets, meeting deadlines and budgets.
• Plan and execute events such as milestone celebrations, donor events, open houses, and fundraisers.
• Manage vendor relationships, logistics, volunteer engagement, and on-site execution.
• Support sponsorship recruitment and donor relations, track donations and records.
• Assist local marketing efforts including newsletters and social media content.
• Track progress, expenses, and campaign administrative tasks; support post-event reporting.
