Hirecruiting in Indianapolis, IN (Hybrid) seeks an Associate Director of Community Engagement to drive clinical trial community engagement strategy and operationalize it across partners. The role focuses on improving recruitment and retention through engagement events, partnerships, and content development.

The candidate will lead cross-functional efforts, monitor KPIs, and share insights to optimize community touchpoints and overall engagement impact.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in public health, communications, public relations, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical trial research, drug development, provide or patient support services.
• Proven experience in community outreach or patient advocacy.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with Access and Retention leadership and Community Engagement Senior Director to operationalize the global strategy.
• Coordinate engagement events, measure impact, and share learnings.
• Identify new community engagement partnerships to deepen relationships in key geographies.
• Procure patient experience content for omnichannel engagement and improve content.
