Job summary

Mark Kelly for Senate is seeking a dynamic Call Time Manager to lead and expand our record-breaking call time program. You will work closely with the Finance Director, consultants, and leadership to continue growth during the election cycle.

Ideal candidates bring campaign finance experience, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, with proficiency in NGP, Excel, and Google Sheets.

Qualifications

• At least one cycle of campaign finance experience on either a federal or statewide race.
• Previous experience working within a call time program.
• Experience working with a principal and preparing principal materials.
• Proficiency in NGP and advanced skills in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Access to a cell phone, a laptop, a valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Manage the call time process for the candidate, including but not limited to pulling lists, staffing the candidate, taking detailed notes, and completing all the appropriate follow-up.
• Work with the Finance Director to coordinate and schedule call time.
• Track all call data, including call backs, and ensure data gets entered in the database
• Generate nightly call reports.
• Assist in prospecting new potential donors and preparing call sheets.
• Staff events as needed.
• Other responsibilities as needed.
