Job summary

Blood Cancer United is seeking a Logistics & Data Coordinator to support designated fundraising campaigns in our region. You will manage event logistics, coordinate volunteers, and oversee data entry to keep CRM and reporting up to date.

You will partner with Education, Services, Health Research and the local relationship team to maximize revenue and ensure smooth campaigns while traveling within the designated area and occasionally working evenings or weekends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 0-2 years’ experience in a related role.
• Proficiency with MS Office and data management.
• Strong written and verbal communications.

Responsibilities

• Mission Integration and cross-department communication.
• Oversee Event Logistics and on-site campaign management.
• Manage budgets and vendor coordination for campaigns.
• Develop strategic plans for fundraising campaigns, including revenue and timelines.
• Data management and CRM updates for reporting needs.
• Volunteer development and supervision across assigned teams.
