The role emphasizes administrative coordination, scheduling, and training, with occasional weekends or evenings to support programming needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in science or education preferred.
• Ability to work in a team and independently with leadership and guest service experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality guest service and maintain a friendly, professional attitude.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of Camp Zoo and Family Programs.
• Coordinate staff schedules and provide ongoing training and feedback.
• Develop engaging curricula and facilitate programs for ages 5-15.
• Maintain program records and collaborate with other departments.
• Assist in hiring and staff development for camp programs.
