Job summary

Frost Valley YMCA in Claryville, NY, seeks a Camp Registration & Store Manager to run registration, billing, and the Frost Valley Camp Store. You will supervise staff, coordinate vendor relations, manage inventories, and ensure accurate financial reconciliation across programs and store operations.

This role requires leadership, strong communication, and proficiency with reservation software and POS systems, with flexibility for evenings or weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combined work experience in reservations and retail management.
• Experience with Camp Brain or equivalent reservation software.
• Experience with POS/inventory management tools (Square or equivalent).
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day Camp Registration operations for all programs (phone, email, mailings).
• Supervise a Guest Services Associate and interns; ensure high service standards.
• Manage registrations, billing, data entry, and secure confidential paperwork.
• Coordinate transportation, deadlines, and parent communications with directors.
• Reconcile revenue with Finance; oversee store purchasing and vendor relations.
• Direct inventory control, cash handling, and daily sales reporting.
• Represent Frost Valley YMCA at events and align with policies.
