Job summary

LEMOINE, a Great Place to Work Certified company, is seeking an experienced Camp Director to lead the complete operation of a remote workforce housing community in West Texas serving up to 2,000 residents. The role provides senior on-site leadership and is accountable for resident experience, client relationships, safety culture, and service quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, facilities management or related field, or equivalent operational experience.
• 10+ years in hospitality, camp operations, facilities or site services, with at least 5 years in senior leadership.
• Experience leading a 24/7 remote workforce housing operation serving 1,000+ residents, preferably up to 2,000.

Responsibilities

• Leads all aspects of camp operation, staffing, procedures and round-the-clock readiness across departments.
• Directs Camp Managers and leaders to deliver consistent results across shifts.
• Reports on occupancy, staffing, safety, resident experience, work orders, cost and service performance.
• Maintains hospitality culture with focus on room readiness, dining, guest services and communication.
• Oversees subcontractors, service partners, scope, KPIs, quality and invoicing; enforces remedies when needed.
• Manages preventive maintenance, life safety, inventory and emergency response for camp facilities.
