Job summary

LEMOINE is seeking a Guest Services Lead to direct daily front-of-house operations at a remote workforce housing community in West Texas. You will supervise check-in/out, room assignments, resident communications, and service requests while ensuring a professional resident experience 24/7.

This on-site role reports to the Camp Manager and collaborates with housekeeping, maintenance, laundry, and administration.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, customer service management, or related field, or equivalent operational experience.
• 4+ years in guest services, front desk, lodging operations, or high-volume customer-facing roles, with 2+ years leading staff.
• Experience in remote workforce housing or large-scale lodging is preferred.
• Ability to manage check-in/check-out, occupancy tracking, room assignments, service requests, and shift handoffs on site.

Responsibilities

• Leads guest services team on the assigned shift, including scheduling, attendance, task assignment, coaching, and performance follow-up.
• Directs high-volume check-in/check-out, verifies room readiness, and communicates arrivals/departures to supporting departments.
• Maintains real-time occupancy tracking, room status boards, and daily logs for arrivals, departures, extensions, and service requests.
• Primary on-site contact for resident inquiries and complaints; coordinates prompt resolution with responsible department and confirms closeout.
• Conducts start-of-shift briefings and handoffs covering occupancy, room readiness, pending requests, and follow-through.
• Coordinates with housekeeping, maintenance, laundry, and administration on room turns and access control.
• Monitors service quality standards, documents deficiencies, and escalates issues to Camp Manager.
• Prepares shift reports on occupancy, service volume, and incidents for Camp Manager review.
• Supports emergency and severe-weather response and assists with shelter-in-place actions as directed.
• Maintains records, key inventories, and front-desk systems while protecting resident information.
