Job summary

Experience Camps, Inc. is seeking a Camp Operations Manager to develop and administer systems, technology, and data that support our residential camps and retreats, while aiding year-round planning and program development at each location.

The role blends strategic thinking with hands-on data work, cross-department collaboration, and a focus on efficiency and an excellent camp experience for families and staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 3–6 years of relevant experience.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Tech-savvy with Google Suite, CRM, and automation tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Commitment to diversity and inclusive environment.
• Passion for Experience Camps mission.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage camp systems, technology and data for residential camps.
• Ensure systems are used effectively and integrated across the team.
• Manage enrollment processes for directors, staff and volunteers.
• Maintain contract tracking, system access, and data workflows.
• Develop and improve operational systems to increase efficiency.
• Provide data analysis and routine reports to HQ and program teams.
• Collaborate with HQ and cross-functional partners across programs.
• Support camp operations end-to-end, including on-site during camps.
