Job summary

Woodward seeks a Camp Office Lead I to run daily operations of the Camp Office and Guest Services year-round. You will coach staff, ensure guest-first service, and manage registration and communications with families.

You will collaborate across departments, uphold standards, and drive continuous improvement in guest experiences, safety, and efficiency. This role requires weekend and peak period availability and a professional, welcoming presence.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of customer service, hospitality, camp, recreation, or guest services experience.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience handling guest concerns and conflict resolution.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily operations of the Camp Office and Guest Services team.
• Coach and onboard new team members on systems, procedures, and guest service standards.
• Ensure consistent office operations and guest service expectations.
• Monitor team performance and drive development initiatives.
• Escalate significant guest concerns to Senior Manager, Guest Experience.
• Support camper arrivals, departures, and transportation logistics.
• Maintain accurate guest registration records and forms.
