Job summary

Woodward PA, located in the rolling hills of central Pennsylvania, is a world-class action sports destination and camp. The Camp Office Lead role is a full-time, year-round position that leads the daily operations of the Camp Office and Guest Services, ensuring exceptional service to campers, parents, visitors, and staff.

You will supervise front office staff, train new teammates, and collaborate with the Senior Manager, Guest Experience to maintain guest satisfaction and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Two years of customer service, hospitality, camp, recreation, or guest services experience.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience handling guest concerns and conflict resolution.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and guest management systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily operations of the Camp Office and Guest Services team.
• Coach and onboard new team members; ensure service standards.
• Manage registration and guest communications; escalate when needed.
• Monitor performance and drive improvements in guest experience.
• Coordinate with Senior Manager, Guest Experience on initiatives and staff needs.
