Responsibilities

• Supervise Food Services Assistants during assigned shifts to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.

• Ensure all food is prepared, served, and stored in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Train, coach, and support staff in kitchen and dining hall best practices.
• Collaborate to maintain inventory and supplies and uphold sanitation standards.
• Serve as the kitchen point person when the Food Services Manager is absent.
