Job summary

The Salvation Army Southern California in Estes Park is looking for a Prep Cook to assist in kitchen duties and maintain cleanliness. Applicants must be 18+, have First Aid and CPR certification, and preferably experience in camp foodservice. You will work closely with kitchen staff, enforce safety policies, and participate in camp programs. This temporary full-time position offers a weekly pay rate of $375 and supports the mission of The Salvation Army.

Qualifications

• Current First Aid and CPR certification (may be obtained at camp).
• Must have or obtain ServSafe certification at time of employment.
• Experience in foodservice and cleaning, preferably in camp setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist Kitchen Manager, 2nd Cook, and Kitchen staff in maintaining kitchen cleanliness.
• Enforce camp policies and procedures.
• Participate in evening programs and spiritual activities.
