Qualifications

• Ability to organize and supervise people and tasks.
• General knowledge of multiple plant systems.
• One year of prior maintenance experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise staff and volunteers; provide direction and support.
• Maintain operating records as required by site leadership.
• Operate and maintain camp property and designated equipment as instructed.
• Work toward yearly camping goals and ensure safety and compliance.
• Collaborate with staff across departments to deliver a well-functioning program.
