Qualifications

• Experience in direct ministry
• 2 years of Young Life experience preferred (as staff or volunteer)

Responsibilities

• Develop a yearly personal growth plan that fosters a vibrant spiritual life.
• Meet with your volunteer leaders and area leadership on a regular basis.
• Raise financial support as directed and maintain good donor care practices.
• Lead a team to plan and conduct a Young Life club and Campaigners.

Skills

Proven relational skills with both kids and adults

Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills

Ability to maintain confidentiality

Education

College degree preferred
