The role is connected to the faith and mission of UCYC and includes coordinating season and group activities, supervising summer staff, ensuring welcoming, well-managed spaces, and delivering engaging camp experiences for guests.

Responsibilities

• Ensure buildings and grounds are cleaned before and after each guest.
• Prepare camp setups prior to guest arrival.
• Coordinate guest needs with departments in a timely manner.
• Communicate schedules and resource needs across teams.
• Address issues promptly and resolve problems.
• Interview, hire, train, and manage summer staff.
• Help create and execute sessions, games, and experiences.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
