Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years working with students in an education setting.
• At least 1 year experience supervising adult staff.
• Proven ability to manage scheduling, payroll, and camp operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead Camp Director responsibilities for season operations and program delivery.
• Open and operate a Camp Galileo location within the community, ensuring safe, engaging, and high-quality experiences.
• Train, supervise and mentor a seasonal team of educators and staff; oversee scheduling and payroll.
