Job summary

The Salvation Army at Camp Redwood Glen in Scotts Valley, CA is seeking a Guest Service Team Member to maintain the dining hall and assist with meal service during the week and weekends. Responsibilities

• Set up the dining room before each meal based on group needs and the Detail Sheet.
• Assist with meal service and meal preparation as directed.
• Clean and sanitize the dining hall, kitchen, and restrooms.
• Restock supplies and manage the beverage station.
• Wash, sanitize, and store dishes, pots, and pans.
• Support the Food Service Manager and kitchen staff to ensure efficient operations.
• Respond to guest questions and connect them with appropriate staff.
• Maintain cleanliness of outdoor trash and mop storage areas.
