The Salvation Army Modesto Red Shield Corps is seeking a Kitchen Coordinator to prepare meals for the Red Shield program, serve and clean up daily meals, and manage food storage, inventory and reporting for statistics and billing. The role may require occasional weekend and holiday work.
You will supervise volunteers and ensure safe, efficient kitchen operations, including adherence to ServSafe standards and local health regulations.

Under the supervision of the Red Shield Program Manager, the Kitchen Coordinator will prepare food for the Red Shield meal programs, serve and clean up daily meals for Red Shield program participants. This includes full meals and snacks every weekday as well as food storage, food inventory and meal reporting for statistics and billing. This position will also work occasional weekends and holidays.
