Whitehouse, OH | $14–$17/hr | Seasonal (May 18–Aug 15)

Looking for a meaningful summer job that builds real-world experience? Courageous Community Services is hiring Camp Counselors to support children and adults with disabilities in our inclusive summer camp program at Courageous Acres.

This is an entry-level, paid training role— ideal for college students or anyone interested in education, healthcare, social work, psychology, therapy, recreation or any other human services.

What You’ll Do

• Provide direct supervision and support in residential and day camp settings
• Assist campers with activities, social engagement, and daily living needs
• Support positive behavior and ensure safety at all times
• Work collaboratively with a team to create inclusive camp experiences
• Document camper progress and attend required trainings
• Transport individuals to worksites, activities, and community locations, ensuring all required documentation is completed.
