Job Summary

The Childcare Attendant reports to the Member Experience Director and is responsible for ensuring the safety of children. They help create a fun and positive play area for young children to enjoy.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

1. Being courteous and exercising tact when dealing with the public.
2. Being familiar with approved methods of managing problem behaviors of young children.
3. Asserting leadership abilities in the absence of the Supervisor.

About You

• Minimum of six months' experience working with children in a childcare environment.
• A college degree in early childhood education is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
