As part of Troon, you’ll contribute to a global leader in golf and community management. The Summer Camp Counselor will work closely with the Director of Racquet Sports & Fitness to conduct camp

Qualifications

• Driver’s license required to operate golf cart.
• Background check required.
• Must possess exceptional communication skills.
• Highly polished interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with people easily and quickly.
• Must be extremely organized, efficient and detail-oriented.
• Must be highly motivated, goal driven and self-starter.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Director of Racquet Sports & Fitness to conduct camp instruction for the 2026 Summer Junior Camps.
• Provide a safe learning environment that fosters fun, exciting experiences and memories for campers.
• Assist with daily activities and camper supervision during the camp season.
