Job summary

PlayOn is seeking a Field Service Technician to manage and maintain our fleet of cameras across a designated service area. The role emphasizes proactive maintenance visits and reactive service calls to ensure smooth operation in schools.

You will perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot camera systems, and provide on-site technical support, while building strong relationships with school staff and administration.

Qualifications

• Experience with IP camera systems, computers, networking, low voltage cabling.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site installation, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of equipment.
• Provide on-site technical support for camera and internet service issues.
• Install and configure new equipment and ensure proper setup and integration.
• Communicate with school staff to explain issues and resolutions.
• Build relationships with school staff ensuring customer satisfaction.
