KEH, Inc. is a leading pre-owned camera gear retailer in North America. We seek a customer-focused team member to deliver tailored product recommendations and build lasting relationships with photographers and creators in Smyrna, GA.

This role emphasizes knowledge, excellence, and heart in every customer interaction, with ongoing training and opportunities to grow within a dynamic re-commerce environment. Saturday availability is required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and offering tailored product recommendations aligned with their needs
• Deliver service that reflects KEH’s core values of Knowledge, Excellence, and Heart
• Build trust through personalized, consultative conversations that identify customer needs and preferences
• Resolve customer concerns by actively listening, identifying root causes, and delivering clear, effective solutions
• Leverage internal systems to research and respond to customer inquiries accurately and efficiently
• Manage customer requests to view items, ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience
• Guide customers through digital and in-store platforms to ensure a seamless shopping experience
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional demeanor in every interaction
• Follow all KEH policies and procedures to ensure compliance and brand integrity
• Stay current on product knowledge, features, and benefits to support informed purchasing decisions
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals through customer engagement, upselling, and product promotion
• Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing store presentation standards
• Build long-term customer relationships through personalized service and follow-up
• Support store safety, cleanliness, and operational standards at all times
• Participate in ongoing training to strengthen product knowledge, sales skills, and customer service excellence
