KEH Camera is hiring a Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional support across calls, email, and chats. You will respond to inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and guide customers through KEH’s processes with empathy and professionalism.

The role emphasizes strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to navigate multiple systems while maintaining a positive customer-first approach.

Qualifications

• Must be customer-focused and committed to exceptional service.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries.
• Experience with ERP/CRM systems is preferred.
• Photography interest or knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, knowledgeable customer support that aligns with KEH’s brand values.
• Respond to customer questions, concerns, and requests through phone, email, and voicemail within service levels.
• Manage customer requests from initial contact through resolution with timely updates.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and identify appropriate solutions based on customer needs.
• Build rapport with customers and maintain a positive, professional attitude throughout interactions.
• Create RMAs and assist customers with related processes.
• Help customers navigate KEH’s digital interfaces and processes.
• Document interactions and relevant information accurately.
• Escalate issues when appropriate and collaborate with internal teams to resolve concerns.
