We are seeking a Camera Operator to join our team for an independent web series, a dark horror-comedy exploring internet culture and existential dread. This project promises to be visually engaging, blending unsettling atmosphere with sharp, satirical humor. You’ll be responsible for operating our primary camera, ensuring consistent visual quality, and collaborating closely with our Director of Photography to execute the visual style of the series. We need someone who can help bring our twisted vision to life with dynamic and intentional camerawork. Applicants should have experience with digital cinema cameras (e.g., Blackmagic, Sony FX line, Canon C-series) and a solid understanding of lensing and composition. While experience is a plus, we're open to passionate individuals at any stage of their career; a strong reel demonstrating your eye and technical skills is essential. We expect shoot dates to be approximately 12-15 days, spread across November 2026 and December 2026, primarily weekends. Equipment (camera package, lighting, grip) will be provided by the production, though personal monitors or stabilization gear are welcome if you have them. Compensation for this project is deferred, offered as a backend percentage. Please submit your reel and a brief cover letter. We aim to finalize our crew by December 3, 2026.
