Qualifications

• 3+ years in office or facilities management or similar role.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong vendor management and budgeting abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive, hands-on approach to maintain an efficient office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day facilities and office operations.
• Manage vendor partnerships (cleaning, maintenance, food, furniture).
• Coordinate office supplies, access control, and mail flow.
• Plan and execute events and onboarding experiences for staff.
• Ensure safety, health, and accessibility standards are met.
