Job summary

SITE Centers Corp. in Beachwood, OH is seeking a Tenant Recoveries Analyst to reconcile CAM, insurance, real estate taxes and related tenant billings. You will excel at detailed analysis and lease interpretation to ensure accurate postings.

The hybrid role is based in Beachwood with 3 days onsite (Tue/Wed required) and up to 2 days remote; onboarding may be more onsite initially. Salary range reflects market norms.

Qualifications

• Experience reading and understanding landlord leases and tenant billings.
• Basic accounting knowledge and strong Excel skills.
• Detail oriented with a focus on accuracy in reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Perform year-end reconciliations and tenant billings for CAM, insurance, real estate taxes and utilities outside CAM.
• Prepare quarterly billings for CAM with full documentation.
• Complete annual roll forwards of CAP's, fixed and other items in accounting software.
• Calculate yearly recovery budgets by property for accounting and leasing.
• Calculate and bill monthly estimates of charges based on the budgeted expenses.
