Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Accounting or 5 years relevant experience in tenant recoveries.
• 3 years of experience with ERP general ledger (e.g. YARDI).
• Demonstrated written/oral communication and documentation skills.
• Intermediate Excel skills to include v-lookups and pivot tables.

Responsabilités

• Setup and calculate monthly, quarterly and annual tenant recoveries.
• Interpret lease language to ensure accuracy of tenant recoveries calculations.
• Update occupancy reports used in calculating tenant recoveries.
• Research tenant recovery discrepancies and resolve promptly.
• Aid in collections of outstanding recoveries by providing backup per procedures.
• Coordinate with 3rd party utility recoveries group for timely annual recoveries.
• Process recovery billings for tenants when due and mail backup.
• Oversee annual reconciliations and tenant disputes, providing guidance as needed.
