Polymer Components Molding in Benton, TN seeks a CAM Programmer & CNC Setup Lead to translate prints into SolidCAM strategies and lead setups on Haas mills and lathes in a four-day-week shop.

Responsibilities

• Own setups on Haas equipment including tooling, fixtures, and offsets.

CAM Programmer & CNC Setup Lead – SolidCAM/HaasHelp us build precision components that power critical industries. From first chip to final inspection, you’ll steer complex work on Haas mills and lathes in a fast-moving job shop in Benton, TN.Impact of the roleEvery week brings a new mix of parts. You’ll translate prints into SolidCAM strategies, stand up efficient setups, prove out safely, and document so future runs are repeatable—no late-night calls required.
