Job summary

Limitless Labs is seeking an Application Engineer to bridge our product and customers’ CNC workflows. The role favors hands-on CAM programming experience, a knack for solving machining challenges, and enthusiasm for driving product adoption in real manufacturing environments.

You’ll lead customer onboarding, provide direct support to optimize toolpaths, deliver on-site and remote assistance, and translate machining issues into actionable solutions.

Qualifications

  • Strong multi-axis CNC CAM programming experience.
  • Hands-on with Mastercam and/or Siemens NX.
  • Experience in customer-facing roles (Application Engineer, Customer Success, Technical Support).
  • Deep understanding of milling, turning, tooling, feeds and speeds.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and optimize real production parts.
  • US citizenship or Green Card required.

Limitless Labs is building the AI co-pilot for CNC programming, helping manufacturers automate and accelerate machining processes directly inside their existing CAM environments.

About the Role

We're looking for an Application Engineer to bridge the gap between our product and customers' real-world CNC workflows. Ideal for someone with strong CAM programming experience who enjoys working directly with customers, solving complex machining challenges, and driving adoption.
